Jim Flack
I have spent nearly 20 years working in IT operations, helping businesses keep their systems secure, reliable and productive. Starting as a field engineer in 2006, I learned the value of solving real problems for real people before moving into infrastructure and IT leadership roles.
Before launching LevanTec in 2025, I led the Digital Workplace team for a large Gibraltar gaming group. My work included rebuilding SharePoint from the ground up, modernising Windows Autopilot deployments, improving the user experience for new devices, and reducing Microsoft 365 licensing costs.
I also served as Chief Technology Officer at priviness from 2025 to 2026. Alongside infrastructure and cloud technologies, I have a strong focus on data protection, compliance and cybersecurity, with experience covering UK and EU GDPR, the Gibraltar Data Protection Act and the EU AI Act. I use Cyber Essentials principles when designing client environments, helping businesses build practical, secure and compliant technology foundations.
