What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form we collect the name, work email, organisation and any message you choose to provide, together with your selected enquiry type (a consultation or a free IT health check). Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (including IP address) for security and reliability.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange the consultation or health check you requested. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services (and, where you have contacted us, to reply to you). We do not use your details for marketing without your consent.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and does not load third-party trackers. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the site and respond to you — currently our website host and email provider — who process it on our behalf. We do not transfer your data outside Gibraltar/the EEA except through these providers' standard, safeguarded infrastructure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client (in which case separate retention applies) or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the Gibraltar GDPR (in force since 1 January 2021) and the Data Protection Act 2004 (as amended), which supplements it, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, or object to our use of it. To exercise any right, email info@levantec.gi. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (gra.gi).
